Shipping and Returns Policy

 

Ashley Lane Collection pieces are hand-made to order so please allow 7-21 days for your order to be received. Your order will be filled as quickly as possible. For special requests on rush shipping please email ashley@ashleylanecollection.com and we will do our best to meet your needs. 

 

PAYMENT POLICY

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, and American Express). 

All prices are listed and charged in Canadian dollars. If applicable, the exact exchange rate you will pay is determined by the bank that has issued your credit card.  In general, it will match very closely with the going exchange rate. Xe.com features a quick, easy, & free foreign exchange rate calculation using up-to-the-minute exchange rates.

For American and International customers, any duties, brokerage fees or state taxes, if applicable are the responsibility of the customer. We are so sorry but we cannot pre-determine customs fees and Ashley Lane Collection is not responsible for any fees charged by customs. If you decide to refuse any shipments from Ashley Lane Collection, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package to Ashley Lane Collection.

 

SHIPPING POLICY 

Turnaround
Ashley Lane Collection pieces are hand-made to order, please allow 7-14 days prior to shipping the products. Shipping estimated times are 5-7 business days.

Carriers
We only use the following carrier to deliver our orders to ensure accuracy and timeliness:
FedEx 

Order Tracking
A tracking # will be provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. 

Shipping Rates
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on a standard rate for the product and your location. The standard rate for Canadian customers is $15CDN and for American customers is $25CDN. 

Back Orders 
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment. 

 

How To Return An Item
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned. You must return the item within 21 days of your purchase. 

1. Please email info@ashleylanecollection.com to request a refund and state the issue. 

3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt. 

Return Exceptions

Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order. You are responsible for shipping the returned product at your expense.
